  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a medium size saucepan, add unsalted butter and baking chocolate. Melt it over low/medium heat, occasionally stirring.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar together until it is a pale and smooth consistency. Add melted butter/chocolate mixture and mix well. Add all dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, instant espresso powder, and salt) and fold it in until well combined.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in the baking pan and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool off completely before glazing.
  5. For the glaze, cream together cocoa powder, sugar, and salt with the butter until smooth. Add a teaspoon of milk at a time until the glaze reaches the right consistency.
  6. Spread the glaze over the brownies, cover with foil or plastic wrap and let it set for at least an hour.
