How to make Panna Cotta:
  1. In a small bowl mix 1 envelope of gelatin with 3 tablespoons of water and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a sauce pan mix heavy cream, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Cook it for about 5 minutes (constantly stirring) over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves.
  3. Remove the sauce pan from heat and add dissolved gelatin, stir well.
  4. Add 2 cups of greek yogurt and stir it very well until you have smooth consistency.
  5. Divide this mixture into 4 glasses and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
How to make Strawberry Sauce:
  1. In a sauce pan mix diced strawberries, sugar and 1/4 cup of water. Bring it to boil and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into the blender and puree it until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture back into the sauce pan, add Bourbon.
  4. Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water and add it to the sauce. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce gets thicker.
  5. Put the sauce aside and let it cool off for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Spoon the sauce on top of chilled Panna Cotta and refrigerate for another hour.
