Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

Step 1.

In a bowl, mix together all-purpose all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Set aside.

Step 2.

In a stand mixer bowl, add warm milk (about 110°F), melted butter, and an egg, and give it a stir.

Step 5.

Roll it in a rectangular shape. Brush with softened butter, then sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon mixture on top.

Step 6.

Tightly roll it into a log and cut into 9 even rolls.
