A good smoothie is a great way to start your day! Especially when you are busy and need a quick and healthy option.

Whether you are making a green smoothie with spinach, or a fruit and berry smoothie, they are all healthy, nutritious, and quite filling. I strongly believe that good breakfast helps you to stay full during the day and to be more productive.

One of my favorite smoothies that I already posted earlier this year which became very popular was the Pineapple Spinach Smoothie. It is refreshing and has a mix of sweet and tangy flavors.

One of my newest smoothie recipe is a 5-ingredient Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie.

Let me tell you how good this smoothie is! It is super delicious! Actually, it tastes more like an indulgent treat but packed with nutrition from oats and almond butter, which contain a good amount of Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, protein, and much more!

Since many people are trying to avoid whole milk, you can choose almond, oat or coconut milk. Though, almond milk will work better just because it will enhance the flavor of almond butter. But whole milk will give you richer and creamier texture.

To make this delicious Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie, all you need to do is put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend it until smooth consistency.

Enjoy!

Hi Esther! Sure, you can use peanut butter if you like it) Also, if you don’t have almond butter, just skip it and use whatever you currently have, berries, fruits, or something else!)
