This quick and easy Mac’N’Cheese with Canadian Bacon will be one of your favorite family meals! It is one of my favorite dinner ideas that I can always make with the ingredients I have in my fridge at all times.
Why do I love cooking? Because you can always improvise and be creative! It is like a form of art, where you can create your own recipe just by playing around with the ingredients and different proportions. So, today I am posting my new creation, my new favorite comfort meal – Mac’N’Cheese with Canadian bacon.
I came up with this recipe after my boyfriend and I were too lazy to go food shopping and I decided to make my famous Mac’N’Cheese (read my recipe Mac’N’Cheese with Chicken) from the basic ingredients that were left in the fridge. It wasn’t a lot…. from all the meats, I only had Canadian bacon….. But it came out to be the main ingredient in this dish that brings a mouthwatering smoky flavor to the pasta. I also added cherry tomatoes and lots of parsley. Long story short, you have to try it!
The recipe is very similar to my Mac’N’Cheese with Chicken but much simpler. You don’t have to deal with bread-crumb-coated chicken, which will save you a good 30 minutes!
