Beef Chili Recipe

Preheat the Dutch Oven on medium/high heat and add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and brown it until caramelized.

Add red bell pepper and cook for 5 more minutes until softened. Add ground beef and cook until it’s cooked through.

Add chili powder and smoked paprika and stir. Add crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth. Stir and bring to boil.

Cover with the lid and simmer for 1 hour. Then remove the lid, and cook uncovered for 30 minutes. Add sweet corn, stir, and serve.
