Step 1.
In a large mixing bowl mash 3 large (or 4 small) overripe bananas. You can do it with a fork or a potato masher. Then add melted butter and whisk until combined.
Step 2.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla extract and whisk again until well combined.
Step 3.
Add dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt). Using a spatula, fold it in.
Step 4.
Pour the batter in a pre-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
