Marinate the Chicken

01.

Mix all the ingredients for marinade. Put the meat and marinade in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate for 30 min- 12 hours.

02.

Sear the chicken, then remove from a pan. Add rice and broth. Add the seared chicken. Cover with a lid and bake.
