Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with 9 muffin liners inside. Set it aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients together (All-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt). Set aside.
In another large bowl, using a fork, mix together a ripe banana, coconut oil, an egg, and vanilla extract. Add brown sugar and honey and mix again.
Add shredded zucchini (make sure you squeeze out the juices) and mix it until well combined.
Mix chopped walnuts with a tablespoon of all-purpose flour and fold it into the mixture.
Divide the batter between 9 muffin liners and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
