Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and diced)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups milk (whole, almond, or coconut)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and blend until it is well incorporated.
