Ingredients

  • 5 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 3 cups carrots, grated
  • 3 cups apples, finely chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, carrots, apples, and dried cranberries.
  • In a separate smaller mixing bowl, add all the dressing ingredients together (Greek yogurt, mayo, vinegar, honey, and poppy seeds) and whisk well.
  • Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix it until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
