- 5 cups cabbage, shredded
- 3 cups carrots, grated
- 3 cups apples, finely chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
In a large mixing bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, carrots, apples, and dried cranberries.
In a separate smaller mixing bowl, add all the dressing ingredients together (Greek yogurt, mayo, vinegar, honey, and poppy seeds) and whisk well.
Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix it until well combined.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
