  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • salt pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together ground beef, an egg, chopped onion, bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix it until well combined.

  • When the oil is hot, add meatballs to the skillet and brown them from all the sides for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in another mixing bowl, mix together your favorite Barbeque sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • When the meatballs are done, transfer them to that mixing bowl and stir in the BBQ mixture.
  • Transfer the meatballs with BBQ sauce back to the skillet, pouring the remaining mixture on top.
  • Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
