Step 1.

Mix together ingredients for dry rub. Then add the seasoning to the beef roast and mix well until evenly coated.

Set the pressure cooker to "Saute" function. Sear the meat for about 5 minutes each side, or until it gets golden/brown crust. Then remove from the pot.

Step 3.

Saute chopped onion until soften, add garlic. Then add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Turn off the "saute" function.

Step 4.

Put the roast back in the pot, place baby potatoes and carrots on top. Cover with the lid and cook on manual high pressure for 40 minutes.
