Healthy Chicken Avocado Wraps are a great lunch idea which is delicious, nutritious, and easy to make. Made with grilled chicken, tomato, avocado, and sharp cheddar cheese, topped with ranch and greek yogurt and wrapped in tortilla, it has less calories and more flavor!

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cup sharp cheddar, grated
  • 2 medium chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 cup cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together Greek Yogurt and Ranch dressing and set aside.
  • Place tortillas on a plate or flat surface, top them with grated sharp cheddar, sliced chicken breasts, diced avocado and tomato, chopped parsley and Greek yogurt/ranch dressing mixture.
  • Wrap up the tortillas and grill them on a grill pan for a couple of minutes on both sides until the cheese melts inside.
