- 2 pound Hatfield® Uncured Ham
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tabblespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon bourbon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, maple syrup, orange juice and zest, your favorite bourbon, and a pinch of salt.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the ham on top.
Score the ham with diagonal cuts, creating a grid pattern, about ½ inch apart and ¼ inch dip.
Using a baking brush, brush the ham with ⅓ of the glaze.
Bake for 20 minutes, then take the ham out and glaze again with ⅓ of the glaze. Continue baking.
Take it out of the oven and glaze again about 5 minutes before the ham is done and reached 140°F.
