Brown Sugar Maple Glazed Ham is the best traditional recipe to celebrate Christmas and the Holiday Season!
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, maple syrup, orange juice and zest, your favorite bourbon, and a pinch of salt.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the ham on top.
Score the ham with diagonal cuts, creating a grid pattern, about ½ inch apart and ¼ inch dip.
Using a baking brush, brush the ham with 1/3 of the glaze.
Bake for 20 minutes, then take the ham out and glaze again with 1/3 of the glaze. Continue baking.
Take it out of the oven and glaze again about 5 minutes before the ham is done and reached 140°F.
