Elevate your salad with this amazing homemade Maple Dijon Dressing! The sweet maple syrup and tangy Dijon mustard create a flavorful vinaigrette. With just a few simple ingredients, you can transform an ordinary salad into a delicious addition to any meal.
In a Mason jar or a bowl, add all the ingredients (¼ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 ½ tbsp Dijon mustard, ¾ tbsp maple syrup, ¼ tsp garlic powder, and ⅛ tsp salt).
Close the jar with a lid and shake it well until all ingredients are combined. Or, if you mix them in a bowl, just whisk until smooth consistency.
Pour over the salad or put in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes
Taste it. Depending on the ingredients and brands you use, you might need to adjust the ingredient proportions. After you mix everything, just taste it and make the necessary adjustments.
Use a Mason jar. I always like to make a big batch of this vinaigrette in a Mason jar. It’s easy to mix all the ingredients by shaking the jar, and then keep in the refrigerator to use when needed.
How to store? You can refrigerate it in a closed jar for up to a week. Shake it well before using.
